Improve your health, your flexibility, your body, your mind

SERC, in partnership with Health Matters to raise awareness and promote health and wellbeing in the workplace are offering an exciting opportunity for all staff members to participate.  The exercise programs will benefit attendees with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains including lower back pain, depression and stress.

As part of SERC’s commitment to promote health and wellbeing through the Mind Yourself campaign, SERC are offering staff Yoga and Stretch/Tone/Relax classes.

Classes will take place in Bangor, Lisburn and Downpatrick Campuses over a duration of 6 weeks at a cost of £30 beginning Week commencing 16 April 2018.
