Gain an insight into the work of a Professional Witness and Experienced Consulting Automotive Engineer.

Stephen Donaghy will be holding a Technical Lecture on his work as an Expert Witness. This will take place on Thursday the 15th Mar 2018 at 19:30 at Transport Training Services NI Ltd, 15 Dundrod Road, Crumlin, BT29 4SS.

This event is open to all Staff and Students.

The Presentation will deal with the following subject matter: 

• Role of the Professional Witness within the legal system in Northern Ireland.
• Case studies of road accident's, failure investigations and reconstructions.
• Investigations into fatal incidents were vehicle maintenance was a major factor.
• Evidence gathering and preparation work for legal proceedings
• Co-operation with insurers and public bodies.
