“I was better off at SERC because I wanted to do something more practical that would prepare me for the workplace. This course has a great variety of topics including plumbing, joinery, plastering and painting which has given me the chance to figure out which area of construction I enjoy the most. The workshops offer the latest equipment and tools and I am getting great hands on experience. On completion of this course I am going to progress on to the plumbing apprenticeship offered at the college.”
