Good Luck to SERC Bangor Campus Level 3 NVQ Professional Cookery and Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Supervision in Food and Beverage Services students as they prepare for the Heat: Culinary Competition Final which will be taking place on the 5 and 6 March at the Highlands Academy Restaurant in Jersey.
The kitchen team consisting of Level 3 NVQ Professional Cookery students Ryan Allen, Eileanoir Blair, Phadon Wichianrak and Danny Bunphaung will be cooking a three-course lunch or dinner that will be judged by four top chefs in the UK catering industry.
Meanwhile the restaurant team with Level 3 Advanced Technical Diploma in Supervision in Food and Beverage Services students Jemma Barclay, Megan Kirk, Claire Lipton and Joshua McCready will also be judged on their level of service.
