Food Hygiene Training for North Down Community Hub

South Eastern Regional College (SERC) lecturer Heather Dunn recently delivered food hygiene training at the North Down Community Hub. The qualification equips participants with a thorough understanding of food safety procedures emphasising the importance of monitoring staff and controls.
