The Students' Union with the assistance of class representatives have highlighted key areas which they believed could be improved to enhance the quality of every student at SERC's college experience.

The Students' Union plays a key role in enhancing every student at SERC's experience within the college. In 2019, the Students' Union officers and Class representatives got together and discussed key areas that could be improved upon.

"You said, We did" outlines the fantastic work that the Students' Union have already addressed and implemented.
