World Menopause Day Seminar

Down Federation MDT social work team, in partnership with the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust and SERC, is hosting a free Menopause Seminar on World Menopause Day.

The event will feature guest speakers Eva McAlea, delivering a talk on Harnessing the Power of Breath-Work; and Deirdre Quinn, discussing Breast Screening Awareness.

In addition to guest speakers, over 20 organisations will be exhibiting at the event providing information relating to women’s health. Exhibitor stands will include support agencies, health checks, education and training and careers advice. SERC Beauty Therapy students will also be providing free hand massages to attendees. Please plan to arrive from 5.30pm to have time to browse the stands before the guest speakers deliver their talks.
