Achieving a higher education qualification doesn’t necessarily mean going away to university. You can stay local and reach higher with SERC. The college offers a wide range of HE courses including Degrees, Foundation Degrees, HNDs, HNCs and Higher-Level Apprenticeships. 

The Strategic development programme (SDP) is designed for Managers who are already operating at the strategic level. Through the programme candidates will be encouraged to reflect on their skills and behaviours as a strategic leader and will complete the CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic leadership and management.
