This week, in the build up to Christmas, we will be bringing you highlights of the festive season across SERC campuses. 

Christmas is a great time to kick back, relax and indulge - maybe even over-indulge - in some holiday treats. Here some of our Level 2 professional chef and NVQ Level 3 Patisserie and Confectionary students help with the preparations by baking up some festive favourites.
