Revolting London: 2000 years of rebellion and retribution

A virtual tour of London uncovering two thousand years of rebellion and retribution in aid of two great charities. This tour takes you from Traitors’ Gate at the Tower of London to the Mansion house. You will meet rebels from Boudicca (Boadacea) who burned down Roman London 2000 years ago to the Extinction Rebellion demonstrators who disrupted the Chancellor’s Mansion House speech in 2019. In between, we will encounter Tudor Queens, the Archbishop of Canterbury, the slave trader who switched sides, the notorious Hellfire Club, the Scottish noble who literally laughed his head off in 1747 and many other extraordinary characters. Andrea will be doing a session on self- Reflexology techniques. Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment working on the pressure points on the feet that relate to different parts of the body. It is excellent for helping certain conditions, in addition It also helps to calm and balance your whole system. She will be demonstrate how to help relieve symptoms of stress and anxiety, and also general aches and pains such as back and neck pain, whilst giving yourself a lovely relaxing foot massage.
