04 February 2019
Time to Talk day is 7th February 2019 and this is the perfect opportunity to get everyone talking about mental health and break the stigma. Since Time to Talk Day first launched in 2014, it has sparked millions of conversations in schools, homes, workplaces, in the media and online.
Mental Health problems affect one in four of us. Good mental health relates to experiencing positive psychological and emotional well-being. When you feel good mentally, you may feel much more able to achieve your goals and enjoy life. Yet many of us are still afraid to talk about it.
Time to Talk day is a great opportunity for staff to get together to take time to talk with each other over a free cup of tea or coffee on the 7th February 2019 and it will be an opportunity to meet and find more out about the role of the Mental Health First Aiders.
Time to Talk day will be held in the following:
Lisburn Campus
Inspire Workplaces: SERC’s Employee Assistance Programme will have a stand at the Lisburn Campus in the Linen Room from 10.00 am to 11.00 am this will be an opportunity for you to speak with a representative to find out more about their services
