The initiative provides a platform to have a conversation about money between families and friends. The goal is to empower people who may be feeling a financial squeeze, struggling with bills or worried about what the future may hold, and to help them find a way forward.

Book into the live demonstration of the Mid Life MOT finance tool from MoneyHelper. The Money Midlife MOT is a tool to help you assess your current financial situation and helps you plan for the future. Your personalised report will tell you what to prioritise and links to guidance on how to improve your financial wellbeing from midlife through to retirement. The demonstration takes place on Thursday 9 November 2023 at 1pm via the link click here

More information events to support your financial wellbeing 

Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke (NICHS) are working in partnership with the Consumer Council NI to bring you a webinar to support your financial wellbeing. The event will offer practical advice and tools focusing on budgeting and saving money on energy and household bills.

The Bank of Ireland will be holding an online information session to help and support you with the cost-of-living increases. The session will focus on how you can reduce the impact of the cost of living, as well as cover saving tips, and the financial support and resources that are available to you (please note this is a general information session and you don’t have to be member of the Bank of Ireland and they will not be selling their services).
