Science staff at SERC have raised £200 for Marie Curie with their Step into Spring challenge.

Science staff at SERC have raised £200 for Marie Curie with their Step into Spring challenge. Linda Lytle, SERC Associate Lecturer in Science, was the champion stepper and was rewarded with an Easter Egg. The team's target was to raise £100, but raised double their intended amount.

Linda comments, "Marie Curie is a fantastic cause and I'm proud to have promoted the work they do through our fundraising. I'd like to say a big thank you to the rest of the science team and everyone else who helped us smash our money target."

Step into Spring is a great way to fundraise to help people get the support they need during the pandemic, its as socially distanced as you need it to be, and great exercise, click here for more information.
