SERC Learning Academy: Mentor Me Launch

You are invited to the first Mentor Meet of SERC's pilot "Mentor Me" scheme. 

SERC Learning Academy are launching a pilot two-way mentoring scheme in Lisburn this Friday May 31 in the Linen Room from 12-1p.m. with a light lunch for attendees.

SERC's new two-way mentoring scheme for all staff is focused on needs-based mentoring. Two-way mentoring is the pairing of a junior or newly appointed employee with a more experienced colleague to share experience and knowledge.
