SERC Hosting ‘Come and Try IT’ Family Computing Workshops
0 min read
14 February 2023
During the event, children will conduct a series of computing related challenges with their families which will provide inspiration for parents/guardians in helping develop the children’s Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) skills.
Activities will link to areas such as computational thinking, problem solving, security, encryption, recursion and logical processes, but above all will be fun for everyone, and help raise awareness of computing as a potential career.
