SERC Christmas Catalogue Now Open

It’s the time of year when we’re looking forward to all things festive, however due to the current world we live in many of our annual traditions and enjoyable festivities have had to be changed a little bit, including SERC Christmas Fairs. Although there won’t be any fairs on campus this year, you can still snap up something unique and support our brilliant student companies through the new SERC Christmas Catalogue. 

Megan Rollins, Innovation Advisor spoke about the Christmas Catalogue, “With restrictions this year being in place due to Covid-19 unfortunately our usual Christmas Fairs cannot go ahead on campus.  So the Enterprise and Entrepreneurship team came up with a solution in the form of a Christmas catalogue! The Catalogue is open to both staff and students to show the goods and services they have to offer and hopefully it will encourage those within the College to shop local and support our wonderful companies.” 

Megan added, “The catalogue will include a vast array of products including clothing, jewellery, skincare products, pin badges, origami bookmarks, wall prints, Christmas cakes, and of course, Christmas decorations plus much more.    

“This will help all students involved encouraging them to be solution focused when faced with a challenge such as Covid. Hopefully the catalogue will provide a little festive cheer and will help keep the enterprising and entrepreneurial mindsets of our students thriving, as well as helping them build on their transversal skills that come with running their own business."
