Put it in Your Phone Day

Over the past couple of years we have arranged a “Put it in your Phone Day” during which we asked all staff to take a couple of minutes out of their class time to get their students to put the phone numbers of some mental health support organisations into their phones in case they, or their friends ever needed them.

We would like you to do this again next week.  

A 2 slide presentation will be sent to you on Monday morning and we would ask that you take a few minutes to show it to your classes and give them a few minutes to put the numbers into their phones.  

Also the staff of the Youth Health Advice Clinic will be running a meet and greet session at the reception in each Campus on one day next week (10.30 to 12.30) with freebies and refreshments to encourage all of our students to engage with them in relation their physical and mental health. Please encourage your students to come along and meet our colleagues from the South Eastern Trust.
