 A group of students from North Down Learning Consortium, undertook their Business Enterprise Unit at SERC’s Bangor Campus recently. The students were tasked with planning and implementing a hospitality business 'pop-up' on Bangor Campus.

Paul Barr, Course Director for the Foundation Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management said, “The two groups created individual brand names and products: Papa Jonah's Pizza Rolls and Choco-Pizza. This project was an excellent opportunity for the students to develop their entrepreneurial skills and demonstrates the benefits of Project Based Learning, whilst simultaneously indulging in their love of all things pizza based.”
