PayPlan Information Session

SERC has a partnership with PayPlan, and they offer a confidential service to individuals who are seeking financial support.

A session has been organised to make staff aware of their services and support available and will be held via MS Teams on Tuesday the 9 November 2021 at 2.00 pm t0 3.00 pm

The event will cover:

• Who are PayPlan and how they help clients in debt?
• Who does PayPlan work with?
• Reasons for debt that clients present with
• Client journey through debt help
• Referral into PayPlan
• Ongoing support
