Virtual Northern Ireland Apprenticeship Week 2021

#NIAW2021

South Eastern Regional College (SERC) is gearing up for Northern Ireland Apprenticeship Week which this year runs from 26 to 30 April. Led by the Department for the Economy, the annual celebration raises the profile of apprenticeships across Northern Ireland and provides a platform for SERC to celebrate the college’s partnerships with employers in supporting the next generation of professionals.

Most of the events this year are run online, with SERC hosting a series of virtual activities which will highlight what is on offer for young people considering the apprenticeship route, for their parents, and for employers who want to grow and strengthen their business with an apprentice.

Events include presentations by guest speakers from industry, “Ask Me Anything” live  Q & A sessions with apprentices and employers, and free Continuing Professional Development sessions with some of the biggest names in fire security, plumbing and heating and heating technology suppliers  - namely AICO, Baxi and Danfoss.
