New Mind Yourself App Launch

SERC’s Health and Wellbeing programme, Mind Yourself was established in September 2017 with the aim to promote health and wellbeing in the workplace.
At the start of each academic year there are “New Action Plans” which covers a wide range of wellbeing updates and news on important health related issues and wellbeing activities that are incorporated into Staff Development days.
Information was originally held on the SERC plus App and this is now replaced with the New and updated user friendly “Mind Yourself App”.
To access the App go to Apps on the Home Page, under Support and look for the Mind Yourself logo, or click here to access the site directly.
