Mourne Mindfulness are offering Mindfulness sessions which will be delivered by zoom under the theme of “The Art of Pausing”
The sessions commence on Monday 28th September – Friday 2nd October 2020 and will run each evening daily at 7.00 pm to 7.35 pm.
How can mindfulness help?
The short practices can remind us to pause and connect with inner resources and this brings balance and increased personal mental resilience.
