The Hospitality and Catering Department at SERC's Bangor Campus along with support from Food NI are organising an Event to showcase the Hospitality Industry.

This event will bring together the local Hospitality Industry & Further Education as part of the “Our Industry, Our Future, Our Responsibility” initiative to safeguard the Industry’s future.

This will be an evening of culinary excellence with our industry’s local chefs & local produce serving a delicious 6 course tasting menu.

  • 6.30pm - Guest Arrival On arrival there will be street food style canapes & Gin cocktails served from our street food van these are being sponsored by Major International and produced by Bob from the Bushmills Inn.
  • 7pm – Welcome Address by Paula McIntyre
  • 7.15pm – Starter with Jay from the Stormont Hotel
  • 7.45pm – Pasta with Tony O’Neill from Coppi
  • 8.15pm – Fish with Colin McCready from La Mon House Hotel & Spa
  • 8.45pm – Main with Michael Dean from Dean’s Group
  • 9.15pm – Dessert with Cathal from Boathouse, Bangor
  • 9.45pm – Tea, Coffee & Petit Fours with SERC
  • 10pm - Closing comments by Food NI/Ken Webb
