Look Out for These College Events This Week

SERC has several fun and informative events on this week for everyone to enjoy.  

Free Students Meals 

We are delighted to be able to provide winter wellbeing support to our students again this year through a free student meals programme. All SERC students will be able to avail of a free hot meal at select locations while stocks last. 

The scheme will run each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4 Feb to 13 March, from 12pm to 1.30pm in Bangor (College Kitchen), Lisburn (Linen Room and Zest), Downpatrick (College Kitchen), and Newtownards (College Kitchen) campuses. Separate support will be in place for the Newcastle campus. 

Sexual Health Fairs 

No matter your age, gender, or background, your sexual health matters. This Sexual Health Week, help break the stigma and promote positive sexual health and well-being at the Sexual Health Fairs. Whether you’re looking for advice, support, or just want to learn more in a safe and welcoming space, these fairs have got you covered.   

What to Expect:

• Free resources & expert advice. 
• Awareness on sexual health, relationships, and well-being. 

OddBalls, North Down YMCA, and Inspire will be exhibiting, bringing valuable insights on sexual health, mental well-being, and more.

When: 

• Monday 3 Feb: Downpatrick Campus, B5-12, 12pm to 1:30pm 
• Tuesday 4 Feb: Lisburn Campus, Reception, 12pm to 1:30pm 
• Wednesday 5 Feb: Bangor Campus, Outside Canteen, 12pm to 1:30pm 
• Thursday 6 Feb: Newtownards Campus, Outside Canteen, 12pm to 1:30pm 

Valentine’s Markets 

It is hard to believe that St Valentine’s Day is just around the corner. If you need an excuse to treat the love of your life, or simply pamper your pet, you will want to come along to our annual St Valentine’s Markets.
