Lisburn Circuit Classes

Norther Ireland Fire & Rescue Service (NIFRS) in collaboration with SERC’s Sports Department will deliver another 6-week circuit class in the SERC Lisburn Sports Hall, starting Wednesday 6 November - 12:30pm to 1:15pm. 

This will be available for all NIFRS HQ personnel and SERC Lisburn personnel for free.

Please register your interest, and complete PAR-Q form (found below) if you wish to attend. Email: asimpson@serc.ac.uk with your interest and completed PAR-Q form, please put ‘Circuits’ in the subject line.
