Leading @ SERC Connected Leaders Meet (Peer Support Event)

The results of the survey "Challenges of Managing Hybrid and Diverse Teams" indicated that line managers wanted to access peer support to consider ways to meet such challenges.  This Connected Leaders Meet is an opportunity to get together with other managers to give and gain such support.  

Please consider areas of challenge/solutions that are working for you in relation to managing hybrid and diverse teams and come along so you can seek and give new perspectives on real-work situations.  

A light lunch will be provided so you can catch up with peers and build up your personal network over a cuppa and a sandwich.
