Leading @ SERC: Having Difficult Conversations

Join HR & Learning Academy for this ‘Leading @ SERC’ session on Wednesday 8 May 2024 from 13:30-14:30. 

Some Managers feel anxious about discussing potentially sensitive matters with staff, particularly in relation to their absence and/or mental health issues. This workshop aims to support Managers to have difficult conversations with staff and will include information on absence management along with mental health policy, an overview of what a mental health action plan is, and how they can be a framework for regular Manager/staff check-ins. 

This session is for managers only and will take place via MS Teams.
