LJMU Collaborative Partner and External Examiner visit SERC

SERC were delighted to recently welcome Dr Hilary Bishop, Collaborative Partner from Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) and Tim Barry, External Examiner to the College’s BSc Business Management Board of Studies (BoS).

The BoS is held twice per year and is an opportunity for our BSc Business Management students to meet with both the lecturing team at SERC and LJMU Link Tutor Dr Hilary Bishop, to discuss the programme.

Dr Bishop commented, “I am absolutely thrilled to be back at SERC again. Students are at the centre of everything we do at LJMU and also at SERC. They are LJMU students, simply completing their studies at SERC’s Bangor Campus. The fantastic teaching the students receive at SERC is evidenced by the feedback I received at the BoS today.”

Tim Barry, External Examiner, commented, “I am continually pleased with the level of high-quality feedback provided to students and the level of student support from the LJMU Business Management lecturing team at SERC, it is commendable.”
