Kids Got Talent 2021

After a successful "Kids Got Talent" event last year, which featured 11 excellent submissions from children ranging from 4 to 13 years - and featuring stunts on bikes, baking, dancing, playing instruments, inventions, solving solutions and fine pieces of artwork - we are running another opportunity for children to display their talent. 

Mind Yourself are creating this event for kids as a way of enabling staff to "Take your child(ren) to work". We're encouraging parents at SERC to share a short recording of their offspring singing, playing an instrument, dancing, demonstrating sporting skills or whatever they do best as they deserve a spotlight on their abilities. 

There will be prizes - gift vouchers for either Amazon or Smyths Toys to the value of £10.00. There will be one awarded to the winner in each category:  the funniest, most creative, and most challenging submissions.

The materials and recordings sent will be for staff viewing only and will not be used in the public domain. 

A confidential disclosure form has been devised and this can be accessed by emailing mindyourself@serc.ac.uk and you will be advised how to send the materials or recordings.  All submissions must be sent by Friday the 25 February 2021.

So over half term why not get the children to record what they do best or show something they have already invented!
