The Inspire Wellbeing Support Hub is available for staff and provides instant access to a range of information, guidance, screening and intervention tools, tailored specifically to help care for your individual wellbeing needs. Inspire aims to widen access to support as far as possible, as part of a ‘stepped-care’ model, to help ensure that appropriate levels of wellbeing provision are available at the right time. The Hub will guide you through evidence-based self-assessment to your own wellbeing reports and plan, and the appropriate support and intervention you may need.

The hub has a number of bespoke, innovative tools and resources, including:

  • Coronavirus and your wellbeing
