INVEST - Corporate Staff Development 2023

This year, there will be opportunities to take part in team building activities throughout the day, as well as a variety of workshops that we hope you will find engaging and useful in your role. If you should wish to take part in one of the team building sessions, please include the names of your team members in the form linked below. We hope you find the day useful and informative.

Book early, as some sessions have a cap on how many can attend and you may have to choose another option. If you have any problems accessing the site, please contact learningacademy@serc.ac.uk. 

If you would prefer to undertake some self-managed CPD instead, please note it on the form, and this will be followed up with your Line Manager.

In line with the theme of the day, volunteering organisations will be available during lunch for you to find out more about the opportunities open to you and the new SERC Volunteering Scheme you may access. We would also invite you to consider bringing a small non-perishable food item to the staff development day, that could be donated to a local charity to support the wider community.  We trust you will enjoy the sessions and as ever your feedback is always welcome.
