Hospitality and Catering Launch "Home Cooking – Daily Recipes & Creative Blog"

SERC Hospitality and Catering have officially launched their Home Cooking – Recipes & Creative Blog on Microsoft Teams.

They will be posting two recipes daily; a wholesome and savoury recipe as well as a ‘treat’ recipe to help you during these unprecedented times when we know most of us are planning far more meals than usual.

They hope that the provided forum will encourage everyone to comment on the recipes, make suggestions and post pictures of their efforts! This forum is open to all SERC staff and students, and we hope that you will find this resource helpful and enjoyable.

To join the Microsoft Teams Page, simply open Teams, click here and enter the code: irhjg5u when prompted or  click on “Join or create a Team” and enter  irhjg5u into the “Join a team with a code” box. 

The first two recipes where chosen by Janet McNeill, SERC's Catering Commercial Support Officer, who has opted for a comforting pasta bolognese and decadent chocolate fudge cake to get us started. All recipes can be found in the “files” section of the page.
