Higher Education opportunities are available now

Clearing is now live at South Eastern Regional College, offering the opportunity to explore different pathways to your destination.

With places available for Higher Education at SERC, potential students can apply directly to the college and embark on a course from September.

Higher Education courses at SERC include degrees, foundation degrees, Higher National Diplomas (HNDs), Higher National Certificates (HNCs) and Higher Level-Apprenticeships (HLAs).

Our degree and foundation degree courses are validated by Queen's University Belfast, Ulster University and the Open University and you can take a Liverpool John Moores University BSc in Business Management without travelling far from home.

We not only partner with universities, though – we have strong relationships with business and industry, working with employers to ensure that students leave us ready for the next steps in their chosen career. If you choose the HLA option, you will earn while you learn, with most of the training “on the job”.

At SERC, the support systems are in place to help you achieve your goals, with smaller classes and a focus on project-based learning – no sitting in lecture halls; you’ll be working on real-life challenges, developing personal and interpersonal skills as you work towards your qualification.  Courses include workplace experience and many offer the opportunity to travel abroad, all expenses paid, to gain a broader view of your discipline and its place in the wider world.
