- 1 tbsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 white onions, peeled

Method
- Place the beef pieces in a saucepan and cover with the beef stock. Bring to the boil and allow to simmer until the beef is almost tender, checking occasionally to make sure it doesn’t dry out.

- When the beef is tender and cooked through, add it to the sauce and simmer for about 30 minutes or until the flavours have fused together.
- When the sauce is ready, add the butterbeans and continue to heat through for another 10 minutes.
- Season to taste before placing in a warmed serving dish and garnish with chopped parsley.
