Have Your Say!

‘Have Your Say' offers everyone the chance to get involved and be part of making positive changes for SERC. It lets you voice your concerns, compliments or issues and lets us know what can be done about them. Staff feedback is very important to us as it will allow us to improve processes, share best practice and feedback on suggestions for areas for improvement.  

‘Have Your Say’ is an opportunity to raise, in confidence,  any issues you may have.  

If your issue is in relation to heating, water, Zest or IT, please use the Report a Fault App as this will inform us of the issue immediately and will enable us to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
