As the NHS and HSE can’t deliver Stress Control classes in the community just now, Dr Jim White will, instead, live-stream the classes, free-of-charge, starting on Monday 11 May. You can watch the sessions either in the afternoon or evening.
All you need to successfully complete this class is to watch each of the six sessions, read the booklets and use the relaxation and mindfulness. You can find the sessions on YouTube.
Session 1 begins this Monday and is titled "What is stress" and is available to watch Monday 11 from 14:00-15:30 or 20:30-22:00 and again the following day Tuesday 12 May 14:00-15:30 or 20:30-22:00. You can find a full list of sessions and the time they will be available by clicking here.
Here's a video introduction to the Stress Control Online Course.
