Have you ever wanted to try out being in a choir? If the answer yes, then you may be interested in going along to Rock Choir’s Taster sessions which are being hosted at SERC’s Bangor Campus in Central Hall on Thursday 12 December.

The choir leader is none other than the talented Paddy Anderson, a Flamenco guitarist, speaker of Spanish and French. Paddy has previously worked with SERC on ESOL programmes, most recently with Ukrainian students at our Lisburn Campus.

Rock Choir is a growing phenomenon, with community choirs all over the UK.   There are no auditions, and no musical knowledge required – it is all about singing, fun and community friendship.

Rock Choir leader for Bangor and Newtownards, Paddy said, “I'm excited to be doing our Bangor sessions at SERC’s Bangor Campus and to continue my connection with the College.

“If you do have a burning ambition to join the Rock Choir or even just want to come along to see if you would like to get involved,  then join us at either of the FREE taster sessions on Thursday 12 December from 11.00am - 12.30pm or at the second session from 7.30pm – 9.00pm.
