Foodbank Collection and Christmas Jumper Day at Bangor Campus

The Students’ Union Foodbank Collection was well underway at SERC’s Bangor Campus with Liliana Ferreira, Access Student and SU Welfare Officer, and Ross Currie, Student Engagement Advisor, greeting students and staff who stopped by to drop off donations.

The Students’ Union Foodbank Collection was well underway at SERC’s Bangor Campus with Liliana Ferreira, Access Student and SU Welfare Officer, and Ross Currie, Student Engagement Advisor, greeting students and staff who stopped by to drop off donations. 

You can still make donations at Bangor, Lisburn and Newtownards and Space Campuses up to and including today, Friday 11 December. Donations will go to Newtownards Foodbank, Lisburn Foodbank, Bangor Foodbank and Community Support.  

Downpatrick Campus donations have already been delivered to Fountain Foodbank Downpatrick.  

Representatives from the Students’ Union will be in Receptions to accept donations. Requested Items: 

  • Mince Pies 
  • Tubs of Sweets
  • Shortbread 
  • Tinned Custard 
  • Christmas puddings 
  • Shloer 
  • Selection boxes 
  • Tinned fruit 
  • Large tinned ham 
  • Fudge 
  • Tinned Potatoes 
  • Tinned Veg

Don’t forget the Students’ Union teams will be handing out prizes for the best Christmas Jumpers this week!
