Chartered Managers with CMI Opportunity - Reminder

The Learning Academy would like to provide an opportunity for current staff who:  

• hold a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management   
• have a minimum of 3 years management experience   
• can demonstrate effective management practice within the last 18 months
• can detail two significant projects completed in the past 18 months which have involved leading people and managing change  

Expressions of interest in becoming a chartered manager must be completed online by noon on Friday 28th January 2022

In this first round, successful candidates will be required to complete:  

• a written submission form to demonstrate consistent and effective performance in the past 18 months. Followed by a telephone discussion with the assessor. 

Indicative Timeline:  

• Closing date for applications: Friday 28th January 2022  
• Successful applicants in this phase informed by Wednesday 2nd February 2022  
• Briefing session by Jenny McConnell CMgr FCMI MSc MEd SFHEA: Monday 7th February 2022   
• Draft submissions to be completed: 16th May 2022  
• Final submission: 27th May 2022
