SERC has a fantastic reputation for supporting the finest quality students who go on to achieve further qualifications, secure employment, and many an accolade for themselves, and the College, in the local hospitality industry. This is possible, not only because of the superb teaching and facilities we have at SERC, but because of the partnership links we have with the sector - locally and internationally – which keeps everyone up to date on the latest industry standards and trends.
We probably all have a favourite café, restaurant or carryout – you know, the one where they know your name, or how you like your burger or your coffee, the only place to go for a raspberry and white chocolate scone (SERC, of course) and the one that puts in a little ‘extra’ or the one you discovered during Eat Out to Help Out - if you feel this way too, they why not vote for them in Irish News Food Champions 2020 in partnership with Food NI and Henderson Foodservice, BD Foods & Foodco. When you vote, you will be in with a chance of winning a meal at your favourite restaurant visit https://www.irishnews.com/food/ voting is open now, until Midnight Sunday 6 December.
