Carer Support Service Information Session

The South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust ‘Carer Support Service’ is a central point of contact for carers who care for someone living in the South Eastern Trust area. 

An online information session has been arranged on 28 September, to advise on the services and support available for carers. Areas that will be covered will include:  

• Information on the Trust Register, mailing list, and the Carer ID Card
• Carer Counselling Service
• The information sessions, events and activities the Carer Support Service provides carers throughout the year
• Information on the monthly Carer Hubs that take place throughout the Trust area
• Carer assessments and how to access them

When: Thursday 28 September 2023 at 11:00am -11:30am via MS teams.
