This practical interactive session will educate, empower and inspire you to discover and maximise your levels of resilience in difficult times.
The virtual training session will focus on building resilience and the capacity to maintain wellbeing and work performance under the current circumstances. You’ll learn what resilience is, what builds and breaks it. If you would like to develop the ability to bounce back from adversity and manage situations for overall personal effectiveness and wellbeing then this will equip you with the skills required.
