The Department is now seeking your views on this experience so that they can compare SERC against the other Colleges in Northern Ireland and so that we can continue to improve the quality of our service to you. 

Here at SERC, we are proud of the learning experience we provide to students on behalf of the Department for the Economy.  The Department is now seeking your views on this experience so that they can compare SERC against the other Colleges in Northern Ireland and so that we can continue to improve the quality of our service to you. 

We are asking you to help with this by completing the DfE Big 14 Survey.  It consists of 14 questions covering areas common to all Colleges.

The survey is live online from 08 March and the deadline to complete it is 19 March. We appreciate your help with this.
