Age NI Planning for the Future Session

Age NI are offering a career planning session for staff over fifty years of age, with the aim to help you explore your options and help with decision making for your future.   

The career session will include: 

• Career planning – the career planning model, examining self-awareness, exploring your options as well as how you make decisions, behavioural interviewing and taking action.
• Transferable skills – What is important to employers.
• Identifying your personal and work values.
• Caring and your rights in work.
