During these difficult and unfamiliar times our physical and mental well being is as important as ever. www.actionforhappiness.org have created an active coping calendar for April 2020.

The calendar gives us daily objectives and challenges in order to look after ourselves and each other as we face this global crisis together. This week's challenges and activities are as follows:

Monday: Contact a neighbour or friend and offer to help them.
Tuesday: Share what you are feeling and be willing to ask for help.
Wednesday: Take five minutes to sit still and breathe. Repeat regularly.
Thursday: Call a loved one to catch up and really listen to them.
Friday: Get good sleep. No screens before bed or when waking up.
