Course Overview

CoNGLP1PD or CCLP1 (or a suitable changeover) is required for any operative wishing to work on Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) installations and appliances. In addition, candidates must hold the relevant appliance element for the work they wish to undertake.

The course is completed in one day and consists of 3 written exams based on an operative completing CoNGLP1PD and a short practical assessment.

You are a current Natural Gas Installation or Servicing Engineer and are wishing to branch into LPG gas works. This course is for Gas Safe registered engineers who have been on the register for more than 12 months.

Regulations related to working on LPG fired appliances in permanent dwellings.

The practical hands on aspects of this training. 

There are clear progression pathways such as the OCN NI Level 5 Green Technologies and Retrofitting Courses.

This course is for experienced operatives who have been on the Gas Safe register for 12 months or more.
