This course is equivalent to 2 A Levels. The course consists of 12 units.

You will be required to complete Essential Skills in Literacy, Numeracy or ICT if you do not have a GCSE grade C in English or Maths or Computing.

About customer care, events, food and drink service, alcoholic beverage service, human resources and business enterprise.

Training in the college restaurant, The Birches, which is open to the public developing your food service skills and event planning skills

The course can lead directly into a career within the hospitality and events industry or a qualification that will allow you to progress to a foundation degree programme.

BTEC Level 2 Diploma/City and Guilds Level 2 Diploma or 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above.
