This 3 unit qualification is suitable as a knowledge based introduction to teaching/training.

Modules include:

Understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training
Understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training
Understanding the principles and practices of assessment

You wish to gain an insight into delivering education and training within the further education sector.

How to plan, deliver and evaluate learning using a range of teaching/training strategies.

Learning about innovative approaches to teaching and training.

On successful completion you may wish to consider progressing to higher education.

You will need to hold a Level 3 qualification in your subject area or appropriate experience within your field.
