APM Project Fundamentals
The APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (SCQF Level 6) offers a fundamental awareness of project management terminology giving you the knowledge to make a positive contribution to any project. The Qualification is designed for people who are just starting out in a new project management role or looking to change their career completely. The qualification is for people who want a broad understanding of the principles of the profession.

The aims of the qualification are to support you in developing:
• An awareness of common terminology.
• A broad understanding of the principles of project management.
The qualification will help you to gain the knowledge to make a positive contribution to any project.
There is a total of 10 Learning Objectives that need to be met to cover the course module.
The course is delivered online over 5 full days with a 60 minute multiple choice online exam at the end of the course.

There are no specific requirements for experience or other qualifications that you must have before studying for the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification.
However, you will most likely:
• Be working or plan to work in a project environment.
• Be looking to progress your career and improve your employability.
• Be interested in learning about all areas of project management and not a particular methodology
Recommended minimum standard of English - Equivalent to an International English Language Testing System score of 6.0 or higher.
