Terracycle

Terracycle is a recycling business which primarily runs a volunteer-based recycling platform to collect waste and the partners with businesses or local areas to turn it into raw material to be used I new products. By collecting items that would have normally went to landfill, money can be raised for schools and charities making recycling with teracycle a win-win!

Here at SERC we are helping Clare raise money for the organisations she currently supports, Holywood Steiner School and Kicks Count Charity. Look out for the Terracyle box in the Bangor Ueat canteen, which all gets sorted and sent off to local Terracyle drop off points. So, drop off your empty and dry crisp, nut and popcorn packets into the box and help reduce waste going to landfill!
